The new Leopard 40's speed on the water and easy handling are its top features, earning it 'Boat of the Year 2005' from Cruising World magazine. Guests will enjoy the large cockpit with outside dining area, protected by a functional hard-top bimini, fitted as standard. The galley-up design incorporates a spacious saloon and aft facing galley with a cocktail bar and serving window overlooking the cockpit. An accommodation includes 4 double cabins, an optional berth in the forepeak, two large heads with separate shower stalls and one outside hot & cold fresh water shower.

For its size, "Aventura" is superbly equipped with extras like a very low noise 1500 RPM Northern Lights 5 kVA generator, a Victron 3 kW Inverter with Generator Power Assist (6 kW maximum power for 5 seconds from the 800 AH batteries plus 5 kW from the generator means 11 kW total power available for start-ups of heavy electric equipment), 6 x 100 W Solar Panels, 2 air conditioners of 16000 BTU each, 1000 GPD Spectra Newport water maker (150+ litres/hour of fresh water) and a Bauer Oceanus soft start 3 phase 220V air compressor, 4 diving cylinders + 4 BCs, 5 masks and fins, a 3.8 m tender RIB + 40 HP outboard engine, 2 fishing rods Shimano Tiagra 30W with 50 pounds Shimano rods and line, etc.

Other equipment that can be of interest for clients is e-mail on board (doesn't accept attachments - sailmail.com), Iridium satellite phone, TV with DVD player, CD player.
