Meals at Pambele are freshly prepared and beautifully presented using local ingredients.

Homemade bread, homemade pasta and homemade ice cream; delicious salads, locally caught fish and meat cooked on open fires. There is always an abundance of fresh fruit, homemade cakes for tea and canapés before dinner.

Menus are flexible and change seasonally depending on availability. Individual needs and preferences are usually accommodated and can be discussed with our chef at the beginning of your stay. Picnics, romantic dinners on the beach and other day-to-day requirements can be arranged with our staff at breakfast each morning.
